How do I check my Library account? | Why can't I renew my book online?
How do I check my Library account?
To review activity on your Library account, click the "My Account" tab on the basic search page:
Enter your 9 digit Quest student ID # and last name:
Review your activity. "Charged Items" are the books currently out on your account.

Why can't I renew my book online?
If you are having trouble renewing your book online, one of three things could be happening:
- Your book is already overdue. Please bring the book to the Library and a Library staff person will be happy to assist.
- Your account is blocked because of high fines. At this point, we don't charge for overdue items; however, we do keep track of student fines for administrative purposes. Please see a Library staff person for assistance.
- The book is on hold for someone else. Please bring it back to the Library as soon as possible.
